K A Hawkins Constructions was engaged by the clients to transform their original brick cottage with a modern extension / renovation to the rear of the home for their growing family. The scope of works included a brand new kitchen and living area, extending to additional two bedrooms and bathroom and laundry to the rear of the home. Externally the front façade had a full upgrade with new carport and a very detailed alfresco and pool area. Far from a standard renovation and full of architectural details, this project is one of our favourites to date and some very satisfied clients once complete.
