K A Hawkins Constructions completed a huge backyard transformation to a family home in Newmarket. With an expansive 1600m2 block, the brief was to create flat usable areas on a largely sloping block, inclusive of a large swimming pool, alfresco area, covered outdoor entertaining area and new bathroom. With extensive retaining wall systems paired with some great design with high end finishes, the backyard transformation has turned this backyard into an entertainers delight.
