K A Hawkins Constructions were engaged by the clients to complete a full renovation on their cottage home in Paddington. The renovation included extending the floor on the upper level towards the rear of the property to enhance the city views, inclusive of large wall to wall sliding doors bringing the inside new kitchen and living areas to outside deck entertaining areas simultaneously together, overlooking the brand new backyard and pool area. Externally with an extreme sloping block, the backyard was transformed from an unusable area to now another entertaining area. Other areas included full internal and external repainting, fully landscaped and new solar system. With plenty of architectural details throughout and high end finishes, this project was a spectacular transformation that has modernised the cottage. With great clients the build was challenging and also very rewarding.
