K A Hawkins Constructions had the task of a major renovation of a large house in Indooroopilly. The scope of works consisted of expanding the existing backyard with new retaining walls, new fencing, a raised planter bed and new grass. Internally the kitchen was modified for increasing the size of a internal bedroom resulting in a new walk in pantry and laundry. The front facade of the house gained a full facelift with a new deck, pergola, feature stairs, front entry arbor. With a full repaint to the front and new concrete driveway the project was completed with very impressive results.
